To go reply to your reply I did come and said I had an appointment it was the first thing I said. Instead of an attitude own up to your mistake When I... came in and said I had an appointment, they pointed me to a guy, an older gentleman. He obviously only knows 2 haircuts and is not a professional. I showed him what I wanted and he did what he pleased. After multiple times stopping him and everyone in the barbershop saying he'll fix it, I had to stop him from cutting my hair and didn't want him touching me anymore because he just did not know what he was doing nor did he follow what I wanted. After maybe 15-20 minutes I was told he wasn't the barber I was supposed have and scheduled for. Will never go again. Show more

Good day, I remind you that if you made an appointment with me, your duty is to ask for the person you made the appointment through the booksy application, that is not my problem if you do not ask for the person from the booksy application, and it is attended to by another person 💈💈💈
