I needed a new barber, so I went online and found Saul on Instagram. I clicked his link and booked an appointment at 9:30. I even got there a little b...it early for my appointment. Some guy with a hat and glasses asked me who I was here for, and if I had an appointment, I told him yes, I was here for Saul, and he said his name out loud as if he were calling him from the back of the building, so I figured he was in the back or something. waited for about an hour, and it turns out he wasn’t there, and the same guy told me he wasn’t there either, so some other barber cutting hair told me to call him, and I did, and he answered and told me he was still at home and told me to come back at 12, which is outrageous and an overall unprofessional guy would not recommend.
