Absolutely Amazing Experience! I visited this hair braiding salon yesterday with my two sons, and we were blown away by the service! From the moment ...we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. My boys got cornrows and braids, and we couldn’t be happier with the results—they absolutely love their new look! The braiders took their time, paid attention to detail, and made sure the styles were exactly what we wanted. We left very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. The first time I did my hair here I loved it, and so I did my hair again here the second time which the lady that did my hair was very nice. So I reco...mmended this place to other people. I booked my hair the 3rd time and I rescheduled for another time that day and asked her if it was okay and she said yes. When I was there this time, I asked her if customers could bring hair for braiding and how the pricing work for that process. A comment was made after I asked this question which made me feel uncomfortable like I shouldn’t be asking abt this. I didnt have any bad intentions for asking this. The only reason why I asked this was because previously I was confused abt bringing colored hair for an appointment which she let me know that she provides black hair which I understood and my confusion was cleared. Almost a week after I had left my hair started unraveling at first I wasnt going to say anything and let it be, because I liked my hair but more parts started unraveling so I reached out to her and she apologized and I said it’s okay and asked if we could fix it and she agreed. To be honest when I went in the energy made me feel like as if I was an inconvenience for coming back to fix my hair. I like when they do my they do my hair and I’ve even recommended them to other people but this time I felt uncomfortable and like I was causing an inconvenience and the experience didn’t feel great. I had a very good experience at this hair salon (Kylie's hair braiding). Both of the young ladies were extremely kind & professional. The one who did ...my daughters hair was very timely, which is impressive and very important. My daughters hair was really short, and as you can see, she was still able to braid it, and it looks amazing!
