Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Fade was horrible, cut my beard into a chin strap!

Honestly sorry for your experience never have I ever got a review like this you came 30 minutes early to your appointments and was rushing me and asking barbers in the shop if they could cut you even though you came 30 minutes early to your appointment and left a review 8 hours laters after I asked you 3 to 4 times if I everything was okay with the haircut you told me cut was great I just took under your beard higher than expected so I offered to refunded you since you were unsatisfied (with your beard not the haircut WHICH WAS NOT A CHIN STRAP I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A CHIN STRAP POSTED IN MY PORTFOLIO )and you denied multiple times then want to come back and bring down my status after praising me of how good my reviews are.
