It was a pleasant experience from the time of booking to her prompt arrival. She made my daughter feel at ease the entire time. It was the first tim...e my daughter was super excited about her hairstyle. Also with me not having my blow dryer with me (completely my fault I was moving to fast and left it) I was not able to properly detangle your ends like they needed to be.
