They accepted my appointment with the barber I wanted, but when I arrived, someone else was there. She was in training, learning how to cut hair, and ...it took way too long. On top of that, I got a very bad haircut, and they still charged me the full $45. Terrible customer service. Another time, they accepted my 8 AM appointment, but when I arrived, the barbershop was closed. Show more
