I apologize about your wait. Unfortunately, in this industry, this will happen. Everyone that sits in my chair gets my full attention and care. So some styles may run me behind with other clients. (Which is what happened) I would have definitely understood if you chose to go somewhere else but absolutely appreciate your choice to stay and support me. I also apologize if you thought your shampoo and blowout was too fast. It only takes 30 mins to complete that task. Thank you so much for the feedback
