Good Morning Ms. Hudgens… I received a email from Booksy at 8:00 a.m. Sunday informing me that you had canceled your appointment. When I saw the email I figured something came up in your schedule. I never received a phone call or email from you prior to the appointment or after the cancellation of the appointment. I try to provide the best service/experience possible. I’m willing to provide you with the cancellation e-mail from Booksy so that you can further address your issue with them.
