Beard and haircut

I booked an appointment through the app, and the barber confirmed it. My deposit was taken from my account, and later, the barber reached out to resch...edule for an earlier time, which I agreed to. When I arrived at the new scheduled time, I called and texted, but the barber did not answer or respond. As a result, I never received the haircut I paid for. Very unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend. Show more
