She is a good at communicating, but she may push your appointment back and be late . A hour after my appointment hair start coming out. Paid for small... twist got medium. I honestly won’t recommend to my friends and family. Also have two different colors of braiding hair in my head. 1b & 2 . Hello, the pictures you sent me were taken in my suite bathroom meaning you knew you did not like the outcome before you left. Wish you would have communicated to me during the appointment so this issue could have been resolved & you would have left my chair satisfied. I have no problem fixing issues for clients who speak up during their appointments! Communication is important! Apologies for your experience.
