my original stylist cancelled last minute and i really wanted a haircut that day for a party later. Erica had tons of availability listed so i made an... appointment within the same hour. The salon was cute and busy, and i got there about 5 mins before my scheduled time. As it started to roll past my appointment and id been waiting about 10 mins she said ill be right with you ma’am and then chuckled to her current client about she didn't know my name because she overbooked. Never even bothered to ask my name or introduce herself. Finally got into the chair and it just felt awkward, like i was intruding on all of her other clients and conversations. She barely spoke to me directly and just quickly cut my hair without asking any questions or explaining what she was gonna do but was having full conversations with everyone else. It was over very quick and hardly looked any different, certainly didn’t look like the photos I showed for reference. The cut wasn’t bad it was just very underwhelming for the price I paid, i felt like I should have just gone to Supercuts. Show more
