Tried being a new client due to the reviews but never received a cut. Booked an appointment, the evening before the appointment, the time had to chang...e for whatever reason, ok fine, I'll just do my errands for the day in a different order. The day of appointment, walk into the shop just to be told "Zay not here"...I'm thrown off because there was no communication stating that he wasn't going to be there, drove there for nothing.
