I did tried to contact you to return the app fee you had paid after i manged to get a hold of my phone service n by sending you a message I noticed u block the number right away my car was at the mechanic with major problems that morning I wasn't gonna make it but I did notified the person who ended up cutting it . Let me know if I can do more for you after the 29th please I’d be happy to do whole service for free for this ocasión.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience the client I took was a client from the shop and I do deliver the amount of respect as well as he is also a client . Customer asked for longer detail n designery on the haircut which lead to longer service. Apologies for the inconvenience. When it comes to designery I couldn't rush the service I also expected only a haircut. Also had to do shampoo. I'm exchange of the waiting situation I can offer you a discount of 20 %on your next visit.
