Lala is very professional and down to earth. Great personality and customer service. She never has a long wait and does not try to service multiple cl...ients at one time. My 16 year old daughter has had her 3rd silk press with detangle and trim. My daughter has 4b natural hair that is not managed well but Lala gets through it, no rush or complaints.
