Overall: Very positive experience; go to her! You won’t regret it! She loves what she does and sees it as an art form- and you will feel it. Honestl...y, from the moment she started to shampoo my hair ((I got the loc retwist and shampoo)) I knew it was going to be amazing! She got down to my scalp and I could tell she really cared about making sure my hair was healthy and I enjoyed that my scalped got massaged! As for the loc work, her parts are so clean. It’s evident she knows what she’s doing & she cares! I had a couple of locs that needed some help and she was able to fix them and do what was best for my hair. I have a couple of spots I’m insecure with and she took care of those! She does great work and takes her time- 3 hours total ((my hair hadn’t been retwisted and was really frizzy after 8 weeks)). It’s worth the time to have someone who cares about your crown 👑 Jay was also very kind to answer all my questions I had about the loc journey and care of my locs. She kindly gave recommendations of products, routine/maintenance care & showed me exactly what she was using to do my hair. I say all this as someone who has done my own hair my whole life & to allow someone else touch my crown is no light matter. With Jay, you will be in good hands! She’s a talented young lady! Go get your loc appointment with her! Oh! And she slayed my edges for me!!! Show more
