Ruiz Cuts (aka - Marvin) is the best barber/hair stylist in the DMV!! He’s super friendly and creates a therapeutic haircut experience all around. He ...is always punctual and is very detail oriented in his cuts. He takes his time when needed, while also is very fast at what he does because of his experience and talent. Has reasonable prices for the industry and even gave my son his first cut at only 8 months- very impressive! I love not having to give direction on what I want because he remembers every knitpicky request i’ve mentioned to him in the first few visits.
