It was an uncommon instance and due to unexpected personal circumstances i was unable to come to work. I always aim to provide the best experience possible for my clientele and fully understand your concern and disappointment. Communication should have been the primary focus and i hope i can provide a resolution, when and if your son is willing to come in to get a haircut i will gladly work with your schedule and do the haircut complimentary and make sure it is a service that exceeds your expectations.
