This was a horrible experience. At 1am the day of the appointment ,she changed our 9:15 am appointment to 10:30am without communicating or asking me. ... I had plans scheduled, but okay fine I already detangled my hair. I show up at 10:35am and she isn’t there. I called and asked the other barbers to hit her up. And nothing. At 11:05, I leave and Im extremely frustrated. Im sure there’s a reason, but this felt extremely unprofessional. At least some form of communication would have gone a long way. — At 1pm the same day, she texts me saying she slept in. Offered a reasonable discount and suggested to reschedule for 10am the next day. I agreed and I show up on time. She isnt there so I text her. No response. 10am goes to 10:15 and she hasn’t showed up. This is actually insane. It’s now 12:30pm and I still haven’t heard from her. Never going to her again. Show more

Hidden fees, rough handling, and poor communication. She offered extra services without saying they cost more, then added surprise charges at checkout.... My scalp was still dirty after the wash, she trimmed way too much, and I got sick after the first visit. Unprofessional and not worth the price. Show more

funny thing is all these complaints are regarding our first appt but you wait til now? Why did you come back? Why not 1 star me then haha! Don’t let this person fool you. This was unfortunately his second time booking with me and HE ARGUED WITH ME THE FIRST TIME AND SHORTED ME $15 the second time. He expected a wash and blowout for free and every braider will tell you that those are extras because they are a lot of work. The second time he came he stated I should give him $30 off of a $125 two strand twist appointment that took 2.5 hours because it took 45 mins to blowout his badly tangled hair. He stated that I was late which is not true and I made him late for his haircut appointment that he “prepaid” for $30, at 755pm. But his appt with me was scheduled from 530-8pm so I’m confused as to why he would book a haircut at 755 and my service wasn't scheduled to end until 8? But I owe you $30? Please help me understand. If you do not want to pay extra fees for washes blowouts, etc.. then do it before your appointment and come prepared! Don’t sit here and try to lie and put bad reviews on my business because your broke and can't afford to get your hair done in the shop! I would have respected you more if you would have just said u didn’t have enough rather than trying to play me and now ruin my business. I do deals and favors for clients all the time it's not that serious and you shouldn't try to trash me because you’re embarrassed. The prices are very clear upon booking.
