Unfortunately cancelled 30 minutes before my appointment on my best friend’s wedding day, as I was a bridesmaid. I 100% understand emergencies happen,... but it did cause a huge inconvenience. I do hope everything was okay, I didn’t want to give 1 star, because she did work with me for having to change the location of my appointment 4 days prior to appointment & was nice when we communicated. Edit: Shortly after completing my review, my appointment changed from “cancelled” to “no show”. Show more
