Thank you for your feedback, Petti S... I usually don't reply, but this time I will because there are always 2 sides of the story. Let's start from the consultation where I told you our color line product, price, the process I was going to do & the long layers haircut. Also, where I answered all your questions. (You told me you agreed with everything) I spend almost 4 hours with you because of all the undertones you had in your hair. When I asked you about it, you told me your hairstylist was in California & because you moved to Florida, you were the one that was applying the BOX COLOR by yourself. Any professional hairstylist knows how much time, effort & knowledge it takes to do a correction. After I finished my work I asked you if you're having any question or concern, your answer was "NO, I LOVED IT, I REALLY NEEDED IT" after that you paid and on top of that you left me $20 tip. I shouldn't do your hair because you were the one complaining about others hairstylist, but I'm professional & decided to do it. I did full base color + Balayage combined with regular hilites + Haircut +Style. Just because our salon is not in a 5-start building or downtown Orlando doesn't mean we are not professional or don't use professional products. You paid for our professional color line, which is Redken, my time & knowledge. Now, for whoever wants to see her before & after pictures can go my portfolio, her pictures will be written as Patti S. My work speaks by itself.
