She always gets me in, even if I didn't have an appointment. If I walk in, she says come back in a couple hours or so. Even when they are slammed busy... I can usually get in. It's worth the wait, great shop. I always get a fade and braid. I like the Viking look. Nicole is great with the clippers. And very accommodating. Thank you Nicole for always making me look good. The lady did a great job cutting our son's hair. She would stop and let him see the back throughout the whole process. She definitely made sure he was... happy with the finish results. Even though we were a last minute walk-in. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone! Show more

Diana did an amazing job, I love my new hair so much! I wanted to do a big chop of my long old blonde hair to a cute bob. (She also complimented me an...d made me feel comfortable with the big change!) As soon as you walk in you’re greeted in a positive manner. Staff there are welcoming as the other reviews say. I went on a Sunday morning as a walk-in so it wasn’t that busy, I was in and out in about 30 minutes or so. They were super nice, had a cozy and clean establishment, and got the job done right. Went by today to get a haircut for my son, it was 2:20 and they were about done with the Costumer before us, after waiting almost 20 min the lady went... to asked the other guy to take my son and he said no he was leaving right after he finished ( he was rude, had a bad face, didn’t say hello and while we sitting we can hear him complaining about having to work almost every day) 🙄 so then she came back to us and told us that he didn’t want to do it and neither her!!! We apologize for the experience you had today. We normally close at 3 on Sunday and for our employees to be able to have a good work life balance. We may stop taking costumer closer to closing so employees don’t stay past work hours. We will take this opportunity to make sure communication is better with our team and costumers.
