Ma’am, your original appointment was November 27, you just now messaged me 3 1/2 weeks later. Fixing anything after 48 hours is out of my control. When you came back after the first appointment I asked you how was your daughter’s hair, you said " it was good I just took it out right before this appointment". This "issue" has never been brought to my attention until last Thrusday about the November 27 appointment. You texted me once last Thrusday in which I responded to you and told you that I was not able to do hair on Friday; due to me graduating and I will take you another day. We did have an issue with the payment process last appointment, in which you tried to say that’s why I did not respond to you because you didn't pay me till 2 hours after the service was completed and I had to continuously text you about my payment. Which, was never the issue on my behalf, if it was I would've expressed that. You texted me today, but I had two clients and couldn't be on my phone. I do have a son, and been booked with clients. I do not be on my phone during my clients hair appointments because I feel like it is rude. I get back to every message, once I finish my clients hair. I had no problem with putting the beads back on, which is why I responded to you on Thrusday. However, I do charge an additional price for beads because I purchase them just as I do for everything needed in my appointments. Especially not almost a month after the original appointment.
