The cut was fine. The service was not. Was overcharged and when asked why I was charged more than the last time and why that price is more than what ...is advertised on the website, I was told, "I do see that you were charged $65 today instead of $55 when you've been charged $55 plus tax each time before. Not sure where $49.50 was seen but you've never been charged anything but $55 plus tax before." Exactly, why does your website say $49.50 and today I was charged $65? No problem. I asked for a refund of $10 plus tax especially since it was stated twice that I paid tax. Mistakes happen, but still waiting 4 days later for my refund to be complete. Star also let their dog run free to jump on my shoulders while my dog was left upstairs barking instead of just carrying my dog downstairs. Will not be returning. Show more

Took my puppy in for mail clipping (no grinder) and was very impressed. Star was so friendly and welcoming, and they took almost no time! My puppy cam...e back out happy as can be and after paying the very reasonable bill, we were on our way. The shop has some items for sale and clear pricing. I’m very happy with the location as I was able to get this done over my lunch time (with time to spare). Will definitely be back as a routine customer! Show more
