Hands down the best place to workout and the best trainer. Marcus makes sure you leave having had a good workout and that you come back for more. Choo...sing him as my trainer was the best choice I made. He makes sure to help you achieve your goals whether they be losing weight or gaining muscle or both in my case. The gym atmosphere is perfect for people like myself that don’t like packed gyms. It’s honestly my place to destress and focus on just my workout. If ya’ll haven’t joined what are yall doing?!?!
