These are my eyes Friday 4/19/24 vs. my eyes today 4/22/24 after doing my own emergency removal with olive oil. I was told during the appointment that... I could be refunded (never said half) if I needed a removal due to “allergic reaction.” She had me fill out the terms and conditions/consent form on the photo app on her phone using markup before starting on me, as she had none printed. It was too small for me to read without zooming in on every word. Hesitantly, I signed. This is also not legitimate or binding as it can be edited later showing no edit history on her phone. I noted that I have sensitive eyes and a history of being lashed. The service took over three hours and I was told at the time of booking it was $95 for 2h45m. She told me she did not mind if people slept or talked, so I talked the whole time, especially since I was nervous after hearing upon arrival that she’d only been lashing for “a few months.” I would have stopped talking if I knew I was affecting her work. I drove more than a half hour each way, as the portfolio looked really good in photos & had already paid more than half of the service price on booksy prior to arrival as a “deposit.” The rest I paid through cashapp, which should have been a red flag to me since cards were “not accepted.” I opened my eyes at one point because my left eyeball, NOT lid was stinging and burning and watering uncontrollably after being poked and prodded. She commented on my watery eyes. She told me to try and open my left eye. I could not. At one point about 2 hours in (after gluing my left eye shut twice already) I asked if I was still twitching too much, since that’s what she said early into lashing me. “No, not too much anymore,” she answered. Supposedly my bottom lashes are full and long and this caused her to glue my eye shut. She then asked if my eyes were sensitive and at this point I went from concerned to scared because had she even glanced at the form on her phone, this would not have been a question! She also described her own eyes as the C slur against asian people, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Yesterday (4/21/24) I painfully had to do my own removal with olive oil due to swelling, redness and burning pain. She said on text she could not tell if they were swollen or not, despite me being on the table for over three hours and her seeing my eyes before and after the appointment. I would also like to mention that I offered to wait for my eyes to stop watering involuntarily/being red after the appointment on Friday, so she could take her portfolio pic. I asked if I could hold the electric handheld fan by my eyes until then, as they still stung and burned and were watering. I was also nervous because she said this was her first time ever using this specific new glue and “we’d see how it held up.” She did say her retention was usually only 2 and a half weeks, but for what I paid, I wasn’t upset with 2 and a half. I got two DAYS including the day she lashed me, and only the deposit back. I sent her a screenshot of my deposit refund ($52) asking when I’d receive the rest of the $95. She said never. She mistook the amount in my account after the booksy refund, for how much I got refunded. I haven’t been refunded for my “extensions” falling out with all the natural lashes they were poorly glued to, nor will I ever be. She claims I am lucky to have even got that, “Boo.” Because she doesn’t refund, period & I apparently wasted three hours of HER time and signed the illegitimate and illegible consent form on her phone, and therefore knew what I signed up for. Edit: I read and did a lash bath sat night. They were wet from watering uncontrollably during the appt. You ought to print anything you want taken seriously. You lied to booksy that it was $126 split, but I can attach the cashapp. I did remove them with olive oil as you’ll recall yourself suggesting by text since I could not wait for you. Show more

You have been very problematic after you left and loved the results. You literally snatched them lashes off your eyes if your natural lashes came off with them! not only that its the fact you didnt clearly read your aftercare instructions correctly to have gotten them wet less than 24 hours ! I offered to remove your lashes as well. You couldnt get what you wanted which was a full refund after i spent 3 hours servicing you. As stated in my policy that you had to review before signing that i dont offer refunds and still i gave you a refund lol
