Telephone number listed on Booksy is disconnected. SHOULD HAVE KNEW THIS WAS A SCAM FROM THAT! But instead I Googled the name of the salon and found a... number called it and talked to Christina. She explained she could only do Mobile Hair Services on a Sunday which was weird because her travel fee of $80 was much more expensive then ANY hair dresser I have EVER SAW on Booksy. She asked several personal questions as well which I thought was very weird considering I was not indecisive about what I wanted. I even left notes explaining what I wanted and she offered consultations and I didnt schedule any because I knew exactly what I wanted. I just simply needed to know if she could do it and if she couldn't to cancel the appointment and refund my money. Then for some reason she wanted to know what the appointment was for which again I thought was unnecessary but I told her my appointment was for a funeral and she STILL NO CALLED NO SHOWED NO RESPONSE!!! Something told me to just cancel I had already found a Exotic Hair place on Booksy and she was willing to come within hours of me booking. But, because I had already paid $130 as a deposit for this appointment I wanted to make sure that refund was at least in process before booking with another stylist. My week was already meticulously planned and against my better judgment I agreed to reschedule Christinas appointment to Sunday I moved around ALOT to even make this happen, and she NO CALLED NO SHOWED NO RESPONSE!!! Now I have to find time that I dont have to get my hair done and find someone to do it at the exact time I have available! RIDICULOUS! I need my $130 deposit REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!!! If not Ill contact Chase Bank and they'll definitely refund me immediately! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED or want to have to report this issue to your credit company. RIDICULOUS! Don't say you weren't WARNED! To update the review she did process the refund but reported me as a No Show and why would you waste my Friday and my Sunday if you knew you weren't comfortable doing chemical services mobile you should update that in your travel description! I explain that the $85 travel fee would of made sense for you to come into salon with the proper amenities and I could adjust to any of your needs ... no issues with returning your deposit . I had booked a service with a stylist for July 23rd, but she did not show up for my appointment and failed to notify the reception desk. They reached ...out to her 15-30 minutes past my scheduled time before she finally answered. She mentioned that she had seen my appointment earlier that morning, but was not coming due to having severe cramps, even though my appointment was at 4:30 PM. She rescheduled my appointment on Booksy for a later date and stated that this was because she could refund my deposit, which was supposed to happen by July 26th. When August 1st arrived, I inquired about my deposit status, and she assured me it would be refunded that weekend, along with an email confirmation. The weekend passed without any updates, so I contacted them for follow-ups on August 11th and August 14th. Unfortunately, I did not receive any replies regarding the timing of my deposit return. My deposit was $72.00 deposit which is higher then other hairstylist here in Minnesota. However, as of August 22nd, a month after my original appointment, I still have not received my deposit.
