After canceling on me 2 minutes before our original appointment (due to foreseeable circumstances), I rescheduled. She then washed, conditioned, and “...trimmed” my hair. She straightened as well but didn’t silk, press, or curl it (a silk press and curl being what I booked and paid for). When I asked for my hair to be finished, she said no she “didn’t have time”. Her excuse was that she had to leave before she was charged a fee for her car rental, again, entirely foreseeable, so I left that shop looking a mess. She told me to come back later, hours after my appointment, but stopped responding when I asked her how she was going to fix my hair in 20 minutes. I was not refunded at all despite my asking, and when she wasn’t leaving me on read, she was unprofessional and my money was wasted! Show more

Apologize for your experience Sorry about your time Your one of the very few I can't please, Please post all of the text messages I was very kind to you and offered to take care of you! In 20minutes I would of finished your service !(like you asked) not sure how I would care for my Cilent to your standards, while texting you all night! Your first appointment was booked on a day my salon was closed Sunday(open only to weddings parties or comes with a$50 fee) some how your concern was a refund and not getting proper care you needed. As a professional I advised Intensive conditioning treatments for color damaged hair not a silk press that would further the damage (as your picture shows damage up the hair shaft from your home color services )! you also asked be to reimburse you for a uber ,you had time to call BBB, looked up my license and told me you would report me for a breach of contract ...just Alot, lacks Class! You should of just came at 3:30pm. I sent back $15 again be blessed!

She scrubbed the life out of my scalp (in the best way) and she killed my coils!! which... i plan on turning into locs. she had me in the chair about to fall asleep even though she had to detangle my very tangled hair. i will be coming back for a retwist, wash, and everything in between from this point forward.
