I’ve been having dreads for about 7 years now.. this lady is by far the most unprofessional “stylist” I’ve ever came across since having dreads. Never... got my hair done and lost a deposit. Never again. If you book with her I wouldn’t pay a deposit there’s a chance you won’t get your hair done Show more

Unfortunately you booked for a loc care service that could be done on a busy Saturday but came in to the salon requesting a intensive loc reattach service. Now unprofessional doesn’t fit the situation. I communicated with you that it would require a different appointment time. so I could take care of my loyal Cilent. I been doing Locs for 10 years and have never your taken care of your hair. Full Transparency: I booked because Christina had really competitive rates for starter locs and felt as if everyone on this app were seriously overpr...iced. I called Christina and she answered my first call. I asked about a thousand questions and she was very patient answering them all. I got to the shop with a semi combed head. She gave me a really good shampoo and detangling before beginning. She worked so fast I was surprised. I spent more time under the dryer than I did getting twisted. I love how it came out and added barrel braids on top of the service. She was fun and has an amazing personality and it felt like I was talking to a long time friend through the entire process. I highly suggest booking with her. Great price and super dope service. Show more

I wonder why you didn't contact me directly as I would of had no problems correcting any concerns with in this time frame. As I explained I prefer you get the full wash and two strand twist tor the best results. Not doing so resulted in poor product performance apologize for any inconvenience.
