If I could rate a 0 i would. I’ve been to brandi twice before, always tipped well and she did a amazing job. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL this last time i... booked a quick weave & she did no mold whatsoever to slick my hair, barely cut wig cap AND wasted hair glue on my jacket & didn’t take $$ off the service. i had to come home on VALENTINE’s day to redo my hair mind you a paid a late fee. after contacting her to fixit i get no response. Hello Rachel, I regret that you were not satisfied with your hair after visiting my space. The pictures you posted appear to be alterations you made, which do not reflect the original style. I understand that no one would intentionally leave with their hair in that state. You did attempt to reschedule after I offered, but unfortunately, your response came on the same day, and my schedule was already fully committed as I am a full-time student. I have appreciated the opportunity to work with you, but I must emphasize that my time and expertise deserve respect.
