For my first ever visit with Adio, it was perfect! He was waiting for me, clean, professional, attentive, detailed and provided the exact service that... I asked for without adding in extras just because he thought it would look nice. His focus is on you as the customer, not the barbershop. He doesn’t hold conversations with others inside the barbershop, on the phone or just constantly stepping away to deal with other things. Prices are very reasonable. I have been getting my hair cut by this individual Dio for almost year but this last time he took my hairline back too far. When I called the barber a...bout this discrepancy, he refused to refund my money of 50 dollars. Mostly in the past I would have to come and correct my haircut after this barber. His actions are very unprofessional and unacceptable and will not be letting this barber cut my hair anymore and I let other possible customers know not to use services at this establishment.
