I didn’t get what I wanted because apparently my head was too small all though I have had 3 bundles installed before, she cut all of my bundles from 1...8,and 20 down to 14 inches saying it was too thin well had you put all the bundles in it wouldn’t have been but the real truth was you were trying to take your son to the aquarium so I was rushed..I just took it out and it looked like a five year old sewed it in.. the thread was all over my head like omg this was the worst sew in my life..it was so sore I had to take it out., I got a 2 min wash and for 184 I should have gotten what I asked for.. if you couldn’t do it you should’ve said so before hand,there was nothing wrong with my hair after me wearing it was so soft and silky and easy to curl.. go take a class cause that ain’t it! I took it out in less than a week.. I wish I would’ve know you could post pics or I would’ve. Pissed the fuck off🤬 I don’t care what you say, I gave you a pic and told you that was what I wanted, you gave me every excuse but the hairstyle I asked for.. the flip over method was not there it was a flip over and you see the whole track. Be accountable for your actions, you said my hair was the problem, then my head was too small so there for I had to get what you knew how to do.. oh believe me I was pissed I just didn’t want to curse you out cause the damage was already done.. but you taught me a valuable lesson if I do not get what I want to leave or not pay until I have gotten what I’m paying for.. you can’t do no hair and 10 years is not enough experience for me..yall will be bald head Messing with this girl I promise! Sorry you had a bad experience. I communicated with you about your hair and what it was going to look like before we got started. The hair you brought to the salon was not a great quality of hair. As well as the limitations you have with your hair. I explained to you the style you were looking for was not going to really work. Unfortunately you were adamant on receiving hair style. So I proceeded. You purchased curly bundles and wanted ti have it straightened, I proceeded again to let you know that the quality of the hair will not get you the result that you were looking for. Once the service was over you also proceeded to sing praises, pre-book for the next appointment and wanted information about hair purchases for the next install. We communicated over text message everything. Not once did you inform me that you weren’t satisfied in some way.
