Had an appointment at 10pm and i arrived early and waited for 20 minutes after appointment time, and dude was a no show; Didn’t respond to texts or ca...lls. Why confirm an appointment if you not gon respond or show up..? Poor communication. As you can see the booking was confirmed. When I left a review that’s when you want to reply but when I called and text you could’ve let me know professionally… You say who cut at 10pm??? Why do your hours of services say otherwise???
