Prior to my appointment she answered all of my questions quickly and ev...en offered to help me acquire hair since I was coming from out of town and was booking last minute! From start to finish she provided a fun and relaxing experience. She took the time to pay attention to the little details (washing, detangling, scalp oiling, my specific hair texture needs, a clean space, good music and a friendly attitude) and truly made me feel pampered!
