I had a terrible experience at this groomer and would not recommend them to anyone. I booked a full grooming appointment for my dog for November 27th ...at 12:30 PM, five days in advance, using Booksy. This was my dog’s first time at this location, and I arrived early at 12:19 PM to discuss how I wanted the grooming done. I even mentioned that my dog might be a little nervous and asked about the expected completion time. The employee assured me they would call when the grooming was done. After running errands, I returned at 3:30 PM—three hours after dropping him off—only to find that they hadn’t even started his grooming. My dog was hiding under a table, clearly scared and stressed. The employee said they were very busy and couldn’t start his groom because he was nervous. She also claimed she had called me, but that was completely false—I didn’t receive a single call or voicemail. This experience was a complete waste of time. My dog wasn’t even bathed, and he was left anxious in an unfamiliar environment for three hours with zero communication. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you care about your pet’s wellbeing, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. Show more

If there would be a 1000 star definitely would give it.! my baby is very delicate he has skin allergies… but they now what to use on him. definitely �...� i’ve been dealing on finding really good grooming place. FINALLY FOUND IT!!! The staff is soo friendly, i love the way they treat my baby 🐶 Simba ….. soo professional & they listen to what i ask for. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!! Show more

I recently tried Sol Y Luna for the first time, and I am beyond impressed! Valery and Rosa took exceptional care of my dogs, paying meticulous attenti...on to every detail. Their fur is beautifully manicured, they smell amazing, and their nails are perfectly trimmed. Both groomers were thorough and gentle, ensuring my dogs were comfortable throughout the process. The staff was SO FRIENDLY and my Xola looked AMAZING when she was finished. They took the time to hear what I wanted and made excellent suggestions.
