Hairstylist is very talented however every appointment she is late. Last two appointments she was two hours late. My last time and final time booking ...was unpleasant and it was handled very unprofessionally. I have never been treated as such and have never been put in predicament where I had to handle myself in such a way. I yelled because I expressed on multiple occasions at multiple appointments that I needed to leave at a certain time and was unable to do so. Which is why I booked earlier. If you cannot uphold your time then you should not accept the appointment. Appointment prior to this I was charged a late fee at my destination because of poor business practices and lack of planning on stylists end. I was very lenient and very kind and still was given subpar service. I was disrespected and very much so humiliated. I do not care about people feeling uncomfortable when was not given the luxury of being comfortable. Last time I checked detangling hair was included by licensed hairstylists. I still paid for services even though I’m not pleased with how the style turned out and my time being played with. You were paid your remaining balance via cashapp because again you made me late and I had to leave hastily. So you’re a liar and cannot be trusted. You’re very lucky I still paid. It is very important to me that every one of my clients leaves feeling good about their hair and experience with the work I do. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced today. Due to my lateness, as a token of my apology I detangled your hair free of charge, I provided you a complimentary trim, and you also received $10 off your service. When your service was complete you left yelling and screaming in our place of business without paying me the remaining balance. All of our clients, myself and my two co-stylist were made very uncomfortable. However I would still like to address your specific concerns.
