I am sorry for your bad experience, but I think you got in late and we always ask the people that are waiting if anyone have an appointment, if not we continue to serve those that are in waiting( walk-ins) next time you come in let me know you have an appointment (name & time ) and will make it right for you, we always try to serve and give our customers the best service and experience.
