Fade was a little choppy. Took someone else before my appointment, this was the second appointment in a row this happened. My son was not seen until 7...:00 when his appointment was for 5:30. Didn’t communicate lateness and not a single apology for it either. Didnt get out of the shop until 8:30 when i arrived at 5:10? Should really communicate whats going on before the customer arrives so they dont feel obligated to stay, especially if you plan on them sitting in ur shop for 3 and a half hours for a kids fade. Very nice with son though, i have been asked to clarify that. If you dont mind getting told that someone else is before you even though u have an appointment and wanna waste 3 hours watching people go before you, this is your guy. Show more
