I came in asking for a stacked cut in the back, with a blended transition to the front since it’s still growing out. Unfortunately, what I ended up wi...th was choppy, uneven, and lacked any real shape or definition. There's no visible stack, and the back looks bulky and poorly blended. I’ll have to wear it curly for now to hide how unpolished it looks until my regular stylist, Jessica, can fix it. To make things worse, I was quoted $35 but was charged $62. I’m really disappointed with both the cut and the pricing. Definitely not what I expected. Show more

Hi there I am sorry you were not pleased, the haircut you came in with was a mullet and you did mention a bob I stated I could not connect the front pieces with the back so in order for the bob it has to be a bit longer you agreed upon service, a haircut is 30$ with your hair I had to wash and style in order to fix the bottom so it would not be choppy or uneven when you left my chair everything looked great, if you’d like you can return to fix any issues that may concern you. I also gave you a card with my phone number, Thankyou have a blessed day!

I was ab...le to book an appointment and get in the next day. She did so great and really took care of someone else’s mess!
