Mulki and Michael are a dynamic duo who make shopping at a new place a little less treacherous! Good at their jobs, even when people can be annoying a...nd mean. I am always anxious about being seen as annoying, but they make sure that I am met with at least some kindness even on a bad day. That takes a lot of character with the entitlement customers tend to have, so mad respect. I came in to this area after spending a few years in Jo Malone and Diptyque world. Branching out was exciting. I got a few bottles, and hopefully they gain the same strength as my samples within the 2 weeks I have to wait. I was a little impatient and sprayed the day after I bought them, and they were kind of faint. It is probably my fault. If I do unfortunately have a weaker batch, I heard that I could go in with the sample I use and they will remake it no hassle! I have faith, though, so 5 stars from me. Show more

I LOVE Le labo’s scents. This is my first time at an actual store front and Mulki and Kailey couldn’t have been more helpful getting me even more adju...sted with the brand. It all started with Santal a few years ago and every scent Ive got since turns heads and has people always asking what I’m wearing. Im so happy to have finally been in the store and the customer service was thru the roof. Definitely will be coming back to see those ladies for amazing scents. Thank you ! Show more
