If I could give no stars I would. She was unprofessional and unprepared. She didn’t get my hair color until I got there and took an hour or more to co...me back. On top of that she messed up my hair multiple times which resulted in her having to bleach my hair twice which is unhealthy for my small locs. She then preceded to charge me $100 over the discussed price even though she was sending me home with the dye still in my hair due to her being “ tired and hungry “ then tried to lock me in her suite to wait for her daughter AFTER payment was confirmed.
