Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our work. When you inspected the car on 7/5/24 before paying, you seemed pleased and mentioned you were glad to have found us. We understand your frustration about replacing the vinyl wrap, but we did not clay bar or polish it, as our policy is not to perform these services on vinyl wraps. Before starting, we noted the white marks on the top of your vinyl wrap and pointed out other areas. You asked us to attempt to remove them, but they remained after washing. Regarding the interior, it was not detailed because an interior detail was not booked. The services booked were clay bar and polish, headlight restoration, and engine bay cleaning. We do not perform unbooked services. Additionally, we did not charge for the engine bay cleaning, as we only performed a wipe-down. You also asked if we could remove residue from previously removed pinstripes, which we attempted, but with no guarantee of success as communicated. It was stated if we were able to get the residue off then great, if not you were going to re pinstripe the vehicle. If you were unhappy with the results, we wish you had contacted us directly to discuss your concerns. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction and the need to replace the wrap, but we cannot accept responsibility for the damage.
