Coach Bob-o is the best. His attention to detail is stellar. I particularly appreciated his meticulous methodology to teach and explain each skill and... movement step by step and at a pace that all levels can grasp especially a beginner like me! lol & he’s just real genuine down to earth guy to talk to. Train with Bob-o if ya want the real deal !

Completely amazing, even though I accidentally booked a 1 on 1, bobO was super nice and chill the entire time. I never once felt like I was in the pre...sence of a professional Muay Thai fighter, Guy was super down to earth and extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful, will 100% be returning for more!!
