I wanted to get my hair done for a concert as I was visiting Alabama. I booked an appointment with Ebony through Booksy after talking with her through... her facebook page. She responded in a timely manner, and I was booked for the following day. Very nice and sweet lady. I love putting color in my hair and having it up when it's extremely hot out! I have a high problem with humidity and frizz. Ebony put the best-looking braids in. The synthetic colored hair was fed in evenly and mixed in the ponytail equally. My frizz was tamed all hot night and the following day! When getting tight braids in, of course there will be some tugging, but she kept asking me if i was okay and to let her know if it was hurtung. She kept the conversation going, so there was no awkward silence (I'm sure everyone had experienced that silence before). It's a small business getting started and moving up. The atmosphere as material things are in the process of getting updated, and its getting done with their own hands. All small businesses know take time and money. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. But the atmosphere of friendliness and welcoming is 5 stars in itseslf. I'd rather put my money towards a small business than a big corporation any day of the week. Thank you, Ebony. Next time I'm down for a visit, I'll get a hold of you again! Show more
