Earlier today I had my first workshop with Holly which was so wonderful! Meditation has never been easy for me, but Hollys calming voice/words and eff...ective technique aided me in having a truly immersive experience. She spent such attention to detail in providing information surrounding the specific chakra we learned about today- marrying that together with her background in psychosocial studies really allowed for the material to connect seamlessly for me personally.
