Oh my goodness if i could five 10 stats i would. I had an bad encounter a while ago at another establishment and didnt know what to do at this point.... I started looking for someone that actually knew how to do short cuts and came across iced out cutz. I was able to be fit into the young lady schedule and it was well worth it. I had a great experience. Needless to say this will be my permanent hair stylist. as long as she is doing hair i will be going. Thank you so much😀
