If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This experience was a scam. The person told me to come to the Charlotte location for a hair appointmen...t, but when I arrived, the address led to an abandoned Goodyear auto shop. I tried calling and messaging multiple times at 12:18PM to get the correct location, but despite reading my message, they never responded. I drove 30 minutes out of my way for this, and the lack of communication was not only unprofessional—it was unsettling. Thankfully, my partner came with me, because the whole situation felt very unsafe. I messaged this person at 12:18PM and he read my message 15 minutes later and never responded back to me. This page is a scam and needs to be reported and taken down. Their social media Instagram is fake too. Ladies please be safe. Show more
