This is my third time having my locs done by “Loc’d Hair Studio” The owner Tia has blessed hands and her timing is great. Usually I’ll sit for a retie... for 3 hours or more but I sat in her seat at 8:50am and she was done by 11:15am. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable with locs! I highly recommend! Show more
