I visited this salon twice in September and October. The first time, I tried to give some grace to my braider, Mardya, but she was rough with my hair.... She would pull hair from the root instead of gently separating sections, and when parting for the braids, she dug the comb into my scalp. I returned because of the pricing, but unfortunately, my experience was still disappointing. I had requested Boho braids and brought my own Boho hair. She made me separate the hair myself, which I found unprofessional—I’ve never had to do that at any other braiding shop. After the appointment, I noticed ends of the Boho hair sticking out of the braids that could have easily been snipped off. I paid almost $200 for this service and did not leave a tip due to my dissatisfaction. Additionally, the pricing on their Booksy website is falsely advertised. The Boho knotless braids were listed at $160, but I paid $180. The first time I visited in September, I received knotless medium braids but was charged Boho prices. The curly Boho pieces were also falling out and didn’t feel secure. Overall, I will not be returning. Both experiences were unpleasant, and I do not feel the service was worth the cost. If you want to avoid frustration and save your money, I would suggest going elsewhere. Given these issues, I would like a partial refund or other form of compensation Show more
