I truly appreciate Kayla’s kindness and the hair care education she provided throughout the appointment. This was a last-minute, same-day booking afte...r my daughter’s original stylist canceled, and Kayla was very accommodating. We also brought our own 100% human hair (2 bundles), and everything blended well. I especially appreciated that she took her time and didn’t overbook multiple clients at once—it made the experience feel more personal and attentive. My only concern was the amount of product used on my daughter’s leave-out. We both didn’t like it, and I mentioned a few times that we preferred little to no product. That’s the reason for the 4/5 stars. Overall, it was still a great experience.

Rakayla is an swesome job with my silk press. As she wash and conditioned my hair, she ask question about what do I do with my hair, asked about my ha...ir goal, and gave me sone tips on how to take care of hair. It can out so pretty, soft, and silk. She automatically rescheduled me for another hair appointment so my hair can be fully taken care of. Of course, my son watch cocomelon on her tv.
