OMG!! Ms. Kim was the best, she was so kind and professional. This salon came highly recommended, and I was VERY satisfied with the service and my nai...ls. If you are looking for a nail salon that does your nails with excellence, this is your place. Thank you Ms. Kim I am adding to this review because this was the first time I came to this salon. Ms. Did a perfect job on my nails, but since she has been on vacation The last two visits (one being a re-do of service) have not really been that good, my nails have been lumpy and so uneven. I have just decided that I will wait until Ms. Kim returns to do my nails so that I can get the great service and beautiful nails that I received the first time. I appreciate the second lady truly trying, but I will wait for my next visit. Show more

The service here is great! Zoey did an amazing Flex Gel Manicure. All the employees are super nice and professional. I got the Japanese flex gel nails and I really like the feel compared to traditional acrylics. I received great level of care from the staff. Every st...ep of the way they made sure I was ok. I personally could have picked a better design but overall I’m happy with the service I received. Show more

$109 for the worst Mani Pedi of my life 😭 the guy didn't scrub my feet at all! Put the hot towel on my legs but not my feet. Did lotion mommy legs bu...t not my feet. The filing on my Manicure was so painful and I told him round but you kept leaving the edge of sharp. So I finally just said can I just do the following part and you can paint them. And then the lady next to him came over and did the filing for him. And to her credit she did a fine job. However I was in there for 2 hours for a basic Mani and Petti gel polish. And it cost $109! I feel like that is a crazy price for them to do the bare minimum and not even well. I wish you could see how jagged the edges of my nails are but the photos don't show it well 😔 he put lotion on my arm but not a drop of it got on my hands and there was no hand massage 😭 I'm a new mom and this is the firm time I have been able to go to a salon in a year and I was looking forward to it sooo much. And I was severely let down today and I feel robbed. Still tipped $5 cash cause I didn't wanna be mean but man this was a terrible experience for me Show more

My sister and I always get our nails done here for many years now. They do an awesome job, and I always highly recommend it to my friends ☺️
I had an unexpected occasion to attend and needed an appointment QUICK!! They closed at 5 pm on Sunday and not only did they book me with only 45 minu...tes before closing, they did a gel manicure, gel pedicure and brow wax and stayed 30 minutes overtime to make sure it was done right. I LOVE this place and wont go anywhere else. Thank you Lavis. Show more
You're appointment is pointless. I had an appointment to get my nails and toes done. While the tech was doing my pedicure she tells me I'm sorry I can...'t do your nails because I have another appointment as though I didn't have an appointment. I was leaving the next day for vacation 😫 so she cut my nails down and charged me for a manicure. By the way I tipped her $50.00 the previous time. I'm not sure I will ever return 😕 Show more
