Not even deserving of 1 star! I scheduled and appointment a week ago, got to my appointment early. Waited until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointm...ent, I even reached out on IG with no answer. So I left disappointed. She finally responded later that day without an apology only looking to rebook. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe something came up so I scheduled again. She is not great at communicating because I messaged her 2 hours before my appointment to confirm she would be there, her lack of response should have been a dead giveaway. I once again waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and she still has not responded. Total disregard for people's time. Would not recommend wasting your time with this very unprofessional person. Show more
