I would be cautious when booking with her. For starters, she texted me 5 days prior to the appointment asking me to reschedule which I politely declin...ed because I was going to be out of town. I requested that if she wasn’t going to be able to provide the service she could cancel and provide a refund on my deposit. She stated she had figured it out with a different client. I was coming from California so I was trying to avoid wasting my time flying out to Phoenix and would have preferred a cancellation at the time so I could’ve booked with someone else. Then she requested to see me an hour later which I accommodated because I was looking forward to the service. Then, the day of the appointment, she cancelled on me 30 min before the appointment due to working on another client which I thought was unprofessional because if roles were reversed, I would’ve lost my deposit because that’s the policy. I would have appreciated a heads up given that as a professional you know when you’re going to be running behind. The lack of consideration and professionalism on her end was so off putting. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Show more

I wish I would have known you were flying in from Cali for a haircut prior but I do understand your frustration and wish I could fix this . As soon as I got there she got right to work! Asking me color, cut, the look I was going for and gave her recommendation of going a shade darker since... it fade after washing. Needless to say I am in love with my cut & color. 🥰🫶🏼 I will absolutely be back. Show more
